There are some new faces at Reason Financial! In August we merged with Michael R. Boulger, CPA, an accounting, tax, and planning firm we have worked with closely for the last 12 years. The opportunity to add experienced and knowledgeable tax professionals to the Reason Financial & Tax brain trust was something we could not pass on.

The financial and tax world continues to get more complicated, and the need to bring together subject matter experts is more important than ever. The goal of this merger is to continue to make Reason Financial & Tax a place where complex planning strategies can be developed and executed. To that end, our expanded team of professionals bring an exciting mix of skills and knowledge to the table.

Michael R. Boulger, CPA has been serving the San Diego area since the late 90’s. What was a one-man show has grown into a staff of professionals experienced in multiple areas of the tax code.

We are committed to providing our clients with timely and practical advice to navigate complex financial situations. In non-technical terms, we can handle the big stuff, the little stuff, and everything in between.
