Meet Sharon Gross

Sharon is a Certified Public Accountant who brings extensive education and public service leadership to our team. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, providing a strong technical foundation for her work.

Before joining Reason Financial, Sharon served the City of Solana Beach as a Budget and Finance Commissioner. Her thoughtful, analytical approach to civic finance earned her the affectionate nickname “The Mayor” among local residents and colleagues alike.

Originally from Minnesota, Sharon pairs a midwestern work ethic with decades of practical experience. Her mix of private practice know-how and public finance insight gives clients a steady, detail-oriented partner who understands how policy and planning intersect.
