Before joining Reason, Lisa held key leadership positions with organizations including National University, California Machinery and Materials, and San Diego Pacific Crest Services, where she served as Controller for more than 26 years. Her experience ranges from implementing accounting and financial systems for startups to managing complex financial operations for established organizations and educational institutions. After stepping back from full-time accounting and CFO roles, she founded Outsource Business Solutions, LLC in 2023, a consultancy helping organizations streamline operations and reach their financial goals.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from San Diego State University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from National University.
