Meet Lisa Chandler

Lisa is an experienced Financial Controller and business consultant with more than 32 years of corporate accounting, financial management, and executive leadership experience. After retiring from full-time accounting and CFO roles, she founded Outsource Business Solutions, LLC in 2023, where she leverages her extensive expertise to help organizations streamline operations and achieve their financial and business goals.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from San Diego State University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from National University. Her background spans accounting, bookkeeping, human resources consulting, business operations, and strategic financial planning.

Throughout her career, Lisa has held key leadership positions with organizations including National University, California Machinery and Materials, and San Diego Pacific Crest Services, where she served as Controller for more than 26 years. Her experience ranges from implementing accounting and financial systems for startup companies to managing complex financial operations for established organizations and educational institutions.

Outside of her professional work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and traveling. She is a proud mother of two and shares her home with two dogs and three horses.
