Jessica received her Masters of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University after having attended the University of California, San Diego and receiving a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Minor in Accounting. Jessica is an Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and licensed tax practitioners who may represent taxpayers before the IRS.

Sharon has worked for almost two decades assisting financial and tax advisers. She will work with you to gather information, complete the necessary paperwork, make updates to your account and get answers to any questions you may have along the way.
Lisa is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and licensed tax practitioner who may represent taxpayers before the IRS. Lisa provides tax preparation and planning services to the clients of Reason Tax Group.

As the founder and owner of Michael R. Boulger, CPA, APC, Mike oversees all business operations including new client onboarding, tax planning review and client meetings, review of tax returns, and business culture.
David’s primary responsibilities include tax preparation, technical review of prepared tax returns, and research of federal and state tax code issues. He has expertise in the areas of state and local taxation, and international tax.
George specializes in assisting businesses and related individual owners with complex tax and accounting issues. He is skilled in the preparation of business and individual tax planning and tax returns.
My has worked in public and private accounting for over 19 years and joined the Michael R. Boulger, CPA, APC team in 2009. My is skilled in providing tax planning, consulting, and tax compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and their closely-held business entities.
Cindy began her career in 2003, and has been in public practice for over 12 years, serving both businesses and individual clients with accounting, tax compliance and tax planning services.
Alyssa has worked in public accounting for 16 years. She is responsible for providing tax compliance services to individuals and businesses.
Staff Accountant & Payroll Specialist
Taylor joined the Michael R. Boulger CPA, APC team in 2021 as a staff accountant and payroll specialist. Taylor is responsible for monthly accounting and payroll processing.
Kelsey Boulger is responsible for supporting clients in a variety of business needs including accounting, payroll, and other business accounting operations. She is skilled in accounting, tax preparation and planning.
Lauren is responsible for supporting various clients in their accounting, payroll, and operational needs. Her previous experience working in retail marketing and management allows her to provide excellent accounting support to clients and staff.
